• Designed a microsite for a supply chain simulation team to communicate savings of ~$15M to their C-suite. Also trained the team on data visualization and UX design best practices.
• Designed and user tested dashboards for a health agency to identify underperforming nursing homes. I also built a data pipeline to update the dashboards. 5,000+ people have used the tool since launch.
• Co-founded a DEI affinity group to promote social mobility; organized bimonthly programming for 80+ members.

• Designed, developed, and user tested apps in Microsoft Power Platform to simplify data collection for drug trials. The app I designed was later used in Lilly's COVID-19 antibody trials.
• Developed a system where vendor issues are logged, raised and tracked within a single platform and customized PowerBI reports are generated to identify trends in workplace conflicts.

• Saved hundreds of annual man-hours by programming Python PDF scrapers that automated the process of invoice reconciliation.
• Analyzed, audited company pricing policies using Tableau to identify loss-generating services; submitted recommendations.

• Mentored undergraduate teams on analytics projects that deal with data transparency and algorithmic bias.
• Assisted with research on the effect of data transparency on competition and price in Germany. Cleaned and wrangled nearly 50 billion rows of data and uploaded to MySQL using multiprocessing.

• Managed a team to redesign website, leading to an additional $15,000 in annual advertising revenue. Made data-informed decisions to drive UI and UX changes.
• Created more than 100 data visualizations and wrote guidelines for online graphics.
• Brought a data-driven lens to issues surrounding the Indiana, Bloomington, and IU community.
